Alter one small thing at a time, a morning habit, a healthy food choice, a new exercise or a new project.
Over time, these small changes will add up and the new incorporated routine will become part of the intentional life you choose. Just remember to make the chosen habit changes by taking one little step at a time and applying the rinse and repeat format!
