An Apple a Day
Source: Livestrong.com by Crissy VM
"An apple a day really can help keep the doctor away.  Apples have been known to help control weight, detoxify your liver and even lower levels of bad LDL cholesterol.  They reduce the amount of bacteria in your mouth and help prevent tooth decay.
Apples are also a high fiber snack, boasting 17 percent of your daily fiber needs."

Fresh apples are great as an any time of the day snack, they can also be used in salads, roasted with onion and red cabbage or used in baked vegetables or even meat dishes.

I will often include a slice or two of apples in my smoothie or use some natural apple juice as the liquid.
This gives smoothies a refreshing sweetness.
Be adventurous and try apples in your next smoothie or recipe.

Best of Success Quotes
You may ask how do you define success?
Success is different for everyone and it is a very personal thing.
Some will find successes in life's everyday simple events, while others will strive for bigger and possibly better things.
The degree of success you choose should only be as important as what makes you happy in your life.

This Best Success Quotes movie may give you some inspiring insight on what some successful people deem important for a successful life.

Success is in the doing, not the getting; in the trying, not the triumph.
Success is a personal standard, reaching for the highest that is in us,
becoming all that we can be.” ~ Zig Ziglar

Make Summer Fitness Fun
Increasing your physical activity level is easier when the whole family is involved.
Hiking, swimming, shooting hoops, bike riding, playing Frisbee and even yard work are some of the fun ways you and your loved ones can bond and build your summer fitness and wellness.

So after dinner, forget the TV and go for a family walk or bike ride.
Use any opportunity to combine family closeness and fitness.

We all have stories in our past, old chapters that were written for or by us.
The should've, would've, could've really need to stay in the past as we cannot relive them.
We instead, need to simply cherish, share and hopefully learn from our past moments.
They do say:
"Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift.  That's why we call it the present."

Momentum
Life Tidbits and Book Suggestion

Maintaining a Steady Pace
Find your own momentum by maintaining a Steady Pace.
People have different approaches to getting work done.  Some prefer to blast through the work at hand.
Others take a careful, measured approach. Everyone brings their own style and personality to the task at hand.

A strategy for creating a steady flow of energy is more likely to see results if we apply a dedicated effort, day after day, after day.  It may not be glamorous but it works.  Sustained momentum is the key.

Ultimately, you should do what works best for you.  As for big, long term projects, steadiness almost always wins.  Coming out of the gate too quickly may actually stop you in your track.
If you feel stuck and would like to become more productive you may want to read:

So whatever job, project or task you take on find and maintain your momentum, your own Steady Pace.
