Practicing Common Sense will at times evade us.
As we push to do and accomplish more, we often set aside common sense
to the detriment of our own wellness and well-being.

One that is not on the list that I often practice is when feeling stressed
take a moment to breath in the positive and breath out the negative.
For a healthier life we all need to Practice our daily Common Sense!
