It's OK to Say NO! In this day and age most of us have pretty busy schedules and finding time for ourselves can be sometimes difficult. Women especially try to be superwomen and more often than not, say yes to any and all requests. |
Ask yourself these questions next time you feel like saying yes:
It's OK to say: "I need to check my schedule and get back to you." Gently saying "NO" will help you maintain balance in your personal, family and work life.
Just remember to be kind to yourself.
