If you sometimes doubt your worth, take a moment to reflect on your accomplishments - big or small - and give yourself the respect you deserve. Instead of dwelling on mistakes or failures, learn from them and realize they've made you wiser and stronger. Giving yourself support and positive "self talk" helps you nurture the strengths and talents that make you unique. Don't be afraid to laugh at yourself as laughter should be part of your daily self love. Laughter in life is so important, it helps relieve our stress, keeps us healthy and brings happiness in our lives. |
